FAQ

Why choose Certified Carpet Cleaning over a budget carpet cleaner?

Unfortunately there are a lot of carpet cleaners out there with little or no qualifications or training who are just chasing a quick dollar.  Using these businesses can be a costly investment.  As with any other trade you should only use technicians who are certified.  As your carpet is an expensive investment it should be treated with care by technicians who care, as carpets and upholstery can be easily damaged by untrained carpet and upholstery cleaners.  Certified carpet cleaning and restoration takes pride in their work and it shows.  Put simply, you get what you pay for so don’t be fooled by too good to be true pricing, because it usually is.

Are you Certified?

Most definitely! as the name would suggest our technicians are IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration) trained and accredited in all aspects of carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, Hard floor cleaning, advanced stain removal, water damage restoration and occupational health and safety.  Ask to see our certification card upon arrival.

Are you insured?

Yes.  We are fully insured with the appropriate insurance to put you more at ease

Does Certified guarantee their work?

We get fantastic results and have very happy repeat customers,We will always aim to please any realistic expectations and if for some reason you are not completely satisfied we are more than happy to return to discuss and resolve any issues.

How often should I clean my carpets?

Depending on the individual, pets and the amount of traffic to the carpet, we recommend you get your carpets professionally cleaned every 6 – 12 months.  It has been proven that regular professional cleaning will improve it’s longevity .  Your carpets act like a filter for dirt, dust, food particles, allergens and pollutants, and like any filter, they should be cleaned regularly.

Do all stains come out?

The longer the stain sits there, the harder it is to get out.  If it does not come out with a general carpet cleaning, then we have numerous products to apply for specialty stain removal, in which we have great success.  Should you have a mishap, feel free to ring Certified and we will talk you through the best immediate treatment.
